What is PCP DIE PIN

The progressive cavity pump stator mold core is the core mold of the vulcanized stator rubber cavity, which directly determines the sealing performance and conveying efficiency of the progressive cavity pump. Its geometric characteristics are complex spiral cavity (lead/pitch accuracy requirement ± 0.02mm), and commonly used materials include alloy steel (Cr12MoV) and superalloy (Inconel 718). Common risks: poor stator sealing due to processing deformation, insufficient accuracy causing pump body leakage, and blockage of cooling holes affecting the vulcanization quality.

  2. Finishing: three-axis linkage (C/X/Z axis) + CAM optimized tool path, spiral cavity pass adopts contour strategy, positioning accuracy ≤ 0.01mm. Key equipment: PH80-2000 feed shaft precision ball screw.
  3. Surface treatment: automatic polishing system, control Ra ≤ 0.4μm, improve the wear resistance of the mold core.
